Secrecy is the strength of the DPRK government and its activities which is an integral part to North Korean and Kim Jong-un’s plausible deniability in the international community on their activities and intent, and against the national civilian population north of the 38th parallel.  Authoritative governments use propaganda to develop an idealized image of leadership (e.g. revolutionary leader and father figure) whereby the DPRK is unique because it only promotes the nepotistic Kim family and its hereditary lineage.  As part of IO psychological operations (PSYOP) aims to induce or reinforce, inform and influence a target audience’s attitudes and behaviors favorable to the sponsor’s objectives.

Guru is a site that has claimed the prized role of offering supposed value for the employer and great opportunities for freelance writers. I signed up with Guru as both a freelancer and an employer. Astoundingly, Guru never checked my identification, it never asked for some sort of government ID or W-9 information up front. As a matter of fact, as an employer, it never checked for any sort of legitimacy when it came to the company or individual looking to do the hiring.

What is night vision? Basically, it is when an optical receiver detects infrared radiation bouncing off or emitted from the surface of an object. In animals, the optical receiver is organic located within the rods and cones behind eyes and nerves attached to the central nervous system. Humans have generally poor night vision and can only see visible light.

An internal investigation by ActivePerception to test the viability of employment connections for legitimate work revealed startling results. ActivePerception analyzed results through both a Freelance Writer and Employer lens by opening accounts for each respectively. Results revealed Writers could not see any information about Employers that the Employers did not provide. Employers could create their profile however they wanted to without providing legitimate information. For example, ActivePerception was able to apply as an Employer with a fictitious company name, fictitious contact information, and false address and other information.
